In C++ Indentation Engine list there is one property which is not editable: Statement Continuation Indent.
In C Indentation Engine we do not have this property at all.
Please fix: make it editable in C++ Indentation Engine and add it to C Indentation Engine

P.S. Indentation Engine is important feature for code formatting

fixed with a new implementation of advanced options
