Enterprise App Project and Module Suite Project should use "Profile Project & Subproject Classes" as default or ,better
yet, not show the "Profile Only Project Classes" option at all. Right now they use "Profile Only Project Classes" that
ends up in no filter - and thanks to that the profiler behaves as if "All classes" were defined.
