when I double click a method I enter in editor mode. If I wanna change the visibility to + or - it works but with # it
fails (I have a french keyboard which need to hold two keys : "AltGr + #"

workaround in graphics editor- press ctrl-down with cursor at visibility position and select visibility from drop-down list.
another way is to select visibility in properties.
