build 20070920

Try to convert an old Visual MIdlet 5.5.1 version in this build the follo exception appears.
NOTE: I run NetBeans with -J-Dorg.openide.util.NbBundle.DEBUG=true.

This is a conversion bug - maybe the converting file is slightly broken. Need futher investigation. Please, could you
attach the .java and .mvd files? Thx.
