IDE version: NetBeans beta1

I noticed duplicated "XML editor" entry in Advanced Options -> Editor Settings that 
seems to be bound to same option page.

This is dupe of issue #111089, please read through it for more details. I fixed most of the duplicities, the remaining
two nodes come from text/xml and text/xml-external-parsed-entity.
