Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200709200000) 
Java: 1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87 
System: Mac OS X version 10.4.10 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

It is not possible to install PHP support to the NetBeans IDE. The Installer of Plugin Manager tells that required
modules for plugin PHP Runtime Explorer is missing (module org.netbeans.modules.php.dbgp > 1.0). See attached screenshot...

This issue has been probably fixed by some changes in the UC content and I cannot reproduce now this issue. WORKSFORME.
