Steps:

1. Add a web service to a Services tab.
2. Create a VW project.
3. Drag and Drop a web service on to the VW Page.
4. Invoke delete on the project - in the dialog - select the checkbox to delete underlying directory.

The Project directory still exits. The <project-dir>/lib/webservice_clients/*.jar files are left behind. This may be a
project or NetBeans issue.
