Reopening. The fix has been rolled back to the Issue 121021. Need to find the more appropriate solution or find out how to deal with visible empty borders in GTK L&F.

In RC1 build the visibility is not changed
rashid, As Yulia said, the fix was done in development builds (trunk), not in RC1. We are not going to fix it in RC/FCS since it is P3 and release60 is in High Resistance. So, please, check the trunk builds. http://bits.nbextras.org/download/trunk/nightly/latest/
