[release32 apr 13] When trying to open an (apparently legit) form from an XML layer, an error dialog (no stack trace, just simple notification) pops up saying that the form file format was not recognized (no details). Click OK, but it immediately pops up again; modal, so the only way to cancel is to shut down IDE (by closing main window). I don't think editing forms inside a layer (use dev version of apisupport) is a particularly important thing to support in general :-), but anyway if there is some bug in the layer filesystem impl, the form module is doing a bad job of helping me debug it; the error should contain some kind of useful information pointing at what is wrong; and certainly it should not continue to open the dialog every time it is closed.
This isn't platform dependent bug. Linux -> All
Target milestone -> 3.3
self-platform
Target milestone -> 3.3.1.
Reporting of errors in forms loading was improved; this should be fixed now.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
