Steps to reproduce:
 - create JDA project
 - add jframe form
 - run form (SHIFT+F6) -> ok
 - add button
 - run form (SHIFT+F6) -> NPE

Oups, this is as designed in JDA projects. Well, as designed but ugly! :)
