I'm using an Aug 28 daily build of NB6 on Linux. I created a collaboration diagram, dropped a lifeline object onto the page, then double clicked. I typed a name then clicked away. The whole object turned dark blue. When I save, close and re-open the file I see the normal gradient background.
A workaround so no need to re-start ide is to double-click on the lifeline and then click on the empty diagram area to restore the correct gradient background.
