The following properties does not have sense:

Modifiers for Watches - it can be local variable or even expression
Modifiers for Fixed Watches - dtto
Field Type for Fixed Watches - fixed watch is a watch on an object not on field
Modifiers for Local variables in Variables tab of Debugger Window

- fixed

Field Type for Fixed Watches - fixed watch is a watch on an object not on field
- fixed (set value will be read only now - the same reason)

Modifiers for Local variables in Variables tab of Debugger Window
- not fixed - local variable can be final - and its important for user - as designed

Verified in Netbeans build 20011008.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
