In build 070828 on windows. Have not tried on other platforms.

In the sequence diagram, doing any copy/cut action (Edit->Copy/Cut or Ctrl-C/Ctrl-X) on any element (eg, Lifeline,
Actor, Comment, message) cause the whole ide to hang for a few seconds before responding again.

Repro steps:
- create a uml project
- create a sequence diagram
- create an element of any type on the diagram
- right click on the element and select Edit->Copy/Cut or select the element and do Ctrl-C or Ctrl-X

looks like this problem only exists in the instrumented build. I can't reproduce it in the regular build. closing it.
