Some of the designtime for EE4 components are broken.

Steps:
1. Create EE4 project.
2. Add jsf 1.1 from update center (for runtime)
3. Add staticText (its empty), you can type in it and its ok
4. Add anchor (there is no image).
5. Add Alert (it does not render), you can add a summary, and it will render.

Fixed Now.

While cleaning up the jars, I removed 100 configurations
files to auto generate beaninfo, I didn't notice design
time faces-config.xml was one of them. Odd that it was
placed there.

While I cleaned up the jar mess, I tested complex components 
such as Table, List etc which did not require  designtime
renderer. Didn't occur to me test simple components such
as StaticText.
