Bookmarks would be lot more useful (for large projects containing thousands of files) if there was a window showing all
bookmarks (preferably that allowed user to add comments). A user could click on a bookmark in bookmark window to open
that file at that location for editing. Comments in bookmarks would remind user what he/she was doing at that location.
Code comments are not always recommended since it puts unnecessary junk in code.

Sounds reasonable to me. There are other RFEs filed for bookmarks, eg. possibility to assign names or keyboard shortcuts
or at least numbers to bookmarks.
