Java: 1.6.0_02; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_02-b05 
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

full installer

- start IDE
- start GlassFish
- expand JBI->Service Engines node under GlassFish node
- click Properties in context menu for sun-bpel-engine
- Lease Renewal Interval and Number of Threads properties has red text in value "The component's configuration schema...."
- click this red text

one more step required:
- deploy some BPEL project before opening properties

The problem is fixed in BPEL SE (build number 070822).
