Build number-NetBeans IDE 5.5.1
JDK 1.6.0_02
Observed Behaviour:When Netbeans IDE starts , Scanning project Classpath - 33% is continuously appearing in TaskBar 
(lower right side corner), upon clicking the arrow to the right of it,a Dialog Box appears which shows a 
java.lang.NullPointerException has occurred. 
Expected Behaviour: Normal startup has been interrupted.

       Various options in Tools i.e.Database-> Start Database Server has been affected

Delete C:\Documents and Settings\Student\.netbeans\5.5.1\var\cache\mdrstorage folder, it will be regenerated on next ide
startup. Unfortunately we cannot do much about this problem, since mdr module was removed in upcoming 6.0 version
