The comment and uncomment actions don't work anymore:

Steps:
1) Set 'Netbeans55' profile for keymap in Options,
2) It uses Ctrl-Shift-T (for comment) and Ctrl-Shift-D (for uncomment) actions (Those are under Source),
3) Those don't work even the Netbeans55 profile is set, and even other shortcuts are assigned to them
