It's working in win2000, but in Linux you get a 
MissingResourceException:
cannot find resource for org/netbeans/modules/usersguide/JavaHelpSearch/SCHEMA

Probably a tar problem. Ensure that your installation actually
contains all the files it should, probably some were omitted by a
non-GNU tar. Or try with a ZIP distribution.
