By definition, a wizard is self-explanatory enough that it does not need help 
buttons. In this case, there is no valuable information that a help can 
provide, so the help buttons should be removed.

If any explanatory text is needed, it should be embedded directly into the 
wizard panel.

This also goes for the AutoupdateType property editor and the License Agreement 
dialog should also have the help buttons removed.
