The module manager displays the localized name of a module. After deactivating a module, the list of modules gets
refreshed and the label for the (now deactivated) module is displayed in english. After reactivating, the label is
changed to the localized name again.

The Module Manager is not part of NB6.x It was replaced by Tools|Plugins which opens Plugin Manager.
