font size in word Commands is smaller than default
font size or user chosen font size, but needed
to be same for some other locales.
see word Commands on attached gif.
the other smaller words in gif are fixed from 109197.

The look-and-feel is defined in graph module. Reassigning.

Fixed in main trunk by changing the font size in VMDNetBeans60ColorScheme

can verify

QUESTION - the font size in general of the items/labels in flow window looks smaller than in other mobility windows like
analyze or screen, which seem to be same size font as rest of ide  - is this ok ?

Yes, it is different. It is because the scene is using font obtained using "Font.decode(null)" method call. This method
call does not count with "--fontsize" command line argument.
