Add a action to auto generate concrete wrapper wsdl for a given abstract wsdl, Basically reusing the last step of the 
new wsdl wizard.

isn't this add Binding and Service port action on the port type.

Kini,

No.. they wants to generate a separate wrapper wsdl not add to the same wsdl file. Basically the same action, but 
create a new wrapper wsdl file instead.
