See the screenshots. After installing CND pack "Refactoring Preview" menu item is moved at the bottom of menu (this is issue) and "C++ Class Hierarchy" is displayed without icon and shortcut at first position (this is not big issue, but it looks ugly, maybe position above all items with icons will be better).

NB IDE 5.5.1 FCS (Build 200704122300, C/C++ Pack 20070731) Linux 2.6.20-16-generic (Ubuntu) Java 1.5.0_12-b04 Steps to reproduce: - install IDE - install Pack - explore content of Window menu
The menu in question has been removed from CND - see http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=111662. Everything should be back to normal.
"C++ Class ..." is gone, but instalation of CND pack still moves with "Refactoring Preview" menu item. After instalation this menu item is moved at the bottom of Window menu.
This bug has impact on NB+packs and should be fixed for CND 551U1.
It is a different bug in CND. This one is caused by the ClassView module. It's layer file installs Class View in the windows menu and it apparently causes other menus to get rearranged.
Fixed. Checking in layer.xml; /shared/data/ccvs/repository/cnd/classview/src/org/netbeans/modules/cnd/classview/resources/layer.xml,v <-- layer.xml new revision: 1.2.2.2.6.1.12.1; previous revision: 1.2.2.2.6.1 done
verified in 5.5.1_u1 CND build (20070808).
