The name and location panel in Enterprise Application wizard is bigger than the Choose Project panel which causes a "jumping" effect when moving from the 
choose panel to the ent app panel. The enterprise application panel should have the same size as the very first step.

New project wizards were changed recently - is this issue still valid? Thanks.

Yes, that was fixed.
