The name and location panel in New Web Application wizard is bigger than the Choose Project panel which causes a "jumping" effect when moving from the 
choose panel to the web app panel. The web app panel should have the same size as the very first step.

The panel size slightly increases also for "Web App with Existing Sources".

New project wizards were changed recently - is this issue still valid? Thanks.

Yes, that was fixed.
