It might be a good idea to have an editor review the English language text in the installer wizard. For example:

To run NetBeans IDE use Start menu or NetBeans IDE desktop icon.

To change installed components and add NetBeans plugins, use NetBeans Plugin Center that is an integral part of NetBeans
IDE.
