Netbeans build:  200707250000
UI Accessibility Tester v 2.4

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Comp App Project, create new test case
2. On the first window of the wizard (Enter the Test Case Name)
3. Run the A11Y Tester tool on this window

Results (see attached for full results): 
 No Accessible description :

Using 200709250000 for WinXP

I can reach all components with tabs, even though the A11Y tester tool says otherwise:

 Components not reachable with tab traversal :
   Class: javax.swing.JButton {  Cancel |  n/a } 
   Class: javax.swing.JButton {  Next > |  Next step: 2. Select the WSDL Document } 
   Class: javax.swing.JTextField {  Test Case Name: |  Test Case Name }
