build 200707260000 jdk1.5.0.7   Mac

1) Install full bundle and check Apache tomcat 6.0.13 install
2) Start ide, in Runtimes tab both servers are present
3) Create new JSTLExample sample

Server is missing, but should be automatically chosen already registered Tomcat 6.0.13

This works for all Web samples.
