In both 5.5 and 6.0, if you have the GWT module installed and you have not set up GWT anywhere, the Finish button is disabled in the new Web Project wizard 
when you select *any* framework (even if you're not using GWT).  So, even if I select Java Server Faces, the finish button is disabled by the GWT module.

In other words, it is impossible to create a new web project using any framework
