Reproduced in build070722.

Project became broken after Refactoring.

We don't have feature "Refactoring in XSLT" in plan and development process.

If we don't have "refactoring in XSLT" it is better to disable it.

The problem is more deeper:

wsdl and xsd files have popup menu actions: Rename and Refactor | Rename.
"Refactor | Rename" shows preview dialog and does refactoring, it's ok,
but simple "Rename" action invokes Refactor | Rename instead of
simple renaming of file name as it was in NetBeans 5.x.

Please, change Rename action in popup menu for wsdl and xsd files.
The action should change name of a file and doesn't do refactoring.

If implmentation of Refactoring in XSLT (another feature) is developed,
it will be invoked by refactoring framework during invocation of
Refactor | * action.

The same problem in BPEL project: user doesn't have any chance just to rename wsdl or xsd file without refactoring.

Refactoring in XSLT will not be implemented.
The problem with menu actions is described in the issue with a gold number: 111111
