Regression from NB 5.5.1

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a class diagram
2) Create a new package
3) Create an interface within the new package
4) Right click the new package -> Create Diagram From Selected Elements 
   Select Class diagram 
   Click Finish
5) Notice that popup dialog Create diagram From Selected appears
   While the diagram editor background turns to black
    (See attached screenshot)
6) Click Yes
7) Notice the element font size has tremendously enlarged
   (see attached screenshot)

without font issue it's a duplicate of issue 98365

Yes, this is a duplicate of issue 98365. The resulted diagram is always expanded to fit the diagram window. In this
case, there's only one element so it's zoomed to fit so the font size is adjusted by the zooming which is correct here.
