Using the NB 6 daily build from 2007-07-20, I created a Ruby project and chose to have it create a main class.  The
comment block at the top of the main.rb that got created looks like this:

# main.java
# 
# Created on Jul 20, 2007, 6:32:53 PM
# 
# To change this template, choose Tools | Templates
# and open the template in the editor.
 

main.java should be main.rb, right?  :-)

No, the problem is that the IDE-wide default license has the filename extension hardcoded to Java. 

   109571:  The default project license text should not be hardcoded for .java files
