Reproduced in build070717.

XSLT editing is not accessible via keyboard in Design View.

a11y issues will be resolved in Sierra.

The graphical part woould be rewritten totally. Closed as WONTFIX.

The XSLT Design View has been removed indefinitely.  It is not present in the latest GFESB (20090105-0707).  Marking
this issue as Verified.
