NPE attached. Probably the wizard will not work without utilities'
GroupTemplate, so the error should be handled more politely. (Or NMW should
depend on utilities module.)

Fixed. Fix will be in dev build #162 and release32 build #22
New Module Wizard will depend on utilities module.
