Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070719) Java: 1.6.0_02; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_02-b05 System: Windows
XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_GB (nb)

Description:
============
1. Download latest .nbm from http://a11y.netbeans.org/nbms/v2.4/org-netbeans-modules-a11y.nbm
2. Start NetBeans with command-line switch -J-Da11ytest.IDE=true
3. Start Plugin Manager (Tools | Plugins)
4. Install the module manually from your location (Downloaded tab in Plugin Manager) 
5. try to uninstall => not possible to check accessibility checkbox
