System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

- create BPEL BluePrint 4
- open POService.bpel in Design view
- you can see error
  
To: Can not find the element "price" at the namespace "http://manufacturing.org/xsd/purchase". Expression:
"$purchaseOrderRequest.purchaseOrder/price"
