Hallo Ruth,
ich habe mir die deutsche Übersetzung heruntergeladen, um eine RCP-Applikation zu erstellen und zu verteilen.
Im Menü Ansicht->Werkzeugleisten->Anspassen müßte es Anpassen lauten.
Bin leider absoluter Neuling, möchte mich aber mit einbringen (vielleicht kleine Hilfestellung ? ).

Could you please try the latest (8.0.1) community build? If the issue is still reproducible, please reopen it. When the message is included in platform/, we will fix it. Currently only netbeans platform message is being updated.
