Description ruby_freeman 2007-07-13 06:12:19 UTC
Hi Tor! in the last build macroses vanished at all, and also in [ Options - Advansed Options - Editing - Editor Setting
] the option [Script Language Option] disappeared, so now i cannot switch off [Display Text Limit Line]
My stable version that works fine for me is 070708 - with worked macroses
About line screwing - i cannot describe this as it should be because of lack of language, sorry - but time from time
when i use code completion (which uses block {} especially) - line begins to be unstable - some letters dissaper, etc.

Reassigning to editor for evaluation of the Macros issue, as well as the "Text Limit Line" (is that one going to be exposed in the proper Preferences panel?).

What type of file are you editing? Is it ruby?

There were some other issues blocking the use of macros, mainly issue #107385. It's now fixed and I tried macros in java
and ruby files and they seem to work fine.

Re. Text Limit Line - I'm assuming that by Script Language Option you refer to a node under Editor Settings in the
Advanced Options dialog. There is a problem that nodes for Schliemann languages are called the same name even when they
contain settings for different languages. I'll try fix that.

The text limit line settings should of course end up in a proper preferences panel, but god knows when this will happen.
Feel free to file a separate issue if you still have problems with this.
