I have two files in my project called build.properties and build_backup.properties. When I open the project and switch
to Files tab, I expect to see both of these files in the explorer view. However, only build.properties is shown,
build_backup.properties is not shown (it is hidden inside build.properties). 

This is not the desired behavior. When I am in the "Files" view, I expect to see all files, not just some.

This has already been reported as issue #94993 ("Certain configs not showing in Files window").
