See umbrella ticket #100312
Comment 1 Ken Frank 2008-01-15 21:00:12 UTC
now iep project as well as etl projects and filetypes
is in nb6.1.

can this be completed now ?
since it impacts all users not just of translated, it can help
if its done sooner for consistency with all other project types.

PS I think the encoding used now in iep project is not the correct one
even if there is value/dropdown for it in project properties.

Also, if similar not done yet for etl projects, can you file
another issue on this under the umbrella one ?
please add kaa and kfrank to interest list of any newly filed
such issues.

now fixed in iep project. project has ui which allows encoding to be set.
This is stored in source.encoding in project.properties.

IEP project also has an implementation of FileEncodingQuery in project's lookup which returns
a charset as defined in source.encoding property.

I do not know how to verify this change. Can the original reporter or developer please tell me know to verify that the
described issue has been dealt with?
Comment 5 Ken Frank 2008-09-12 16:38:34 UTC
see project properties - there should be an encoding section with dropdown for choices.

Thanks Ken! Verified on Windows Vista with NB 6.1 + Patch 3 and IEP *.nbms installed from ojc build 080909.
