Help for the monitor still refers to HTTP Server node in Runtime tab - since this node has been removed the help should
be updated.

have to wait for issue 109391 because currently there's no way to start the internal HTTP server from the IDE

I don't think issue 109391 will be fixed in 6.0.

If the HTTP monitor help needs to give guidance on startin the internal HTTP server, I suggest you describe the
workaround recommended by Stepan in 109391:

"As a work-around the internal HTTP server can be started by displaying some help : Http > Javadoc Reference > pick some
menu item."

The mentions of the HTTP Server in the helpset were not really necessary in the first place, so I simply deleted the
mentions. Both were in the 'monitor' module's helpset.
