When tring to install the netebans IDE 5.5.1 (Sun Application server 9) bundle. Despite the fact that the IDE is 
compatible with VISTA. The folloing error is displayed:
 
Installer Error
Sun Java System Application Server 9.0 Update 1 does not support Windows Vista. Install Wizard cannot continue.  To 
exit, choose Finish.

The problem is that AS installer does not run in silent mode on Windows Vista. Though it is possible to run AS installer
and install AS on Windows Vista in GUI mode separately and then register it in IDE. As AS does not support Windows Vista
I close this issue as WONTFIX.
