Phrased from jrojcek's mail:
"Reload Plugins" can be potentially confusing because it sounds a bit like "Reload plugins in IDE". To make it clear we
could use either "Reload Catalog", "Refresh Catalog" or just "Refresh". Probably "Reload Catalog" is the best.
