Build 200706260000,JDK1.6.0_02,Windows Vista

NBI installer for full version is broken.Exception appears even before first dislog window appears.
Attaching two screenshots with exceptions.Second one appears when I close first window.

jpospisil, is this the trunk build or an m10 build? Can you also please attach the installation log file?

M10 build (same number,but date number ending with ..050) seems to be O.K.

This was caused by a faulty commit, which has been corrected since. Please verify on the latest nightly build.
