Force shutdown option is not getting refreshed properly in JBI

Steps to Reproduce :-
-----------------------
1. Start App server and install binding components.
2. start anyone BC. 
3. Right click on BC and click Advanced-> Force shutdown.
   The BC will shutdown. again right click on same BC and see Advanced -> Force shutdown option. it will be still activated.


If you refresh the BC, then only Force Shutdown option get disabled.
Expected Result :-
-------------------
  After executing successful Force shutdown once, that option should get disabled without refreshing BC.
