steps:

    1. create synchronous sample
    2. open source editor
    3. delete the assign
    4. press ctrl+z - nothing happened
    5. press ctrl+z - the assign appears

tested and verified using Build 200810080102 and followed the steps below. The assign reappeared after doing ctrl+z the
first time.
