For the 1st time a diagram layout is done, a dialog pops up to warn user about the result of the layout. Once the check
box is checked for not to display the dialog again, there used to be a preference option to turn it back on but now it's
missing.

added option to General Panel under diagrams. Also changed the preference pointer in ADDrawingAreaControl to point to the DummyCorePreference to synch 
with option element in the panel.
