1. Create Web Service
2. Open Source Editor

There are 2 flat buttons at the top of the editor. Their names are coming not from pseudo localized bundle file and
loking strange. I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

This is not I18N issue.
The buttons we see as "jump-list-*" are popup menu buttons. 
Since the multiviewelement source is just a wrapper around the source editor for the WS implementation class, these
button icons are not being found.
This issue will need a design change and will attempt it post M10.

This is caused by the root cause for 109700.

We have changed the design so as to create our own dataobject for jaxws service.
issues 107867 109050 109700 102065 102489 105661 are fixed as well.

verified: build 1010
