Description kaa 2007-06-22 17:05:24 UTC
build 0612

1. Create Web App
2. Open File New wizard and select Sun Resources
3. Select file type: JDBC Connection Pool
4. Press Next button and until step4: Add Connection Pool Optional Properties.

The wizard does not resize to show all of its text labels.
Also steps titles at right side of the wizard are shifted above thier numbers.

Assumption is that user does not need to manually resize most windows or dialogs to see all of the ui objects and
information in them. I'am running in pseudo localized locale in which each message/label is a bit longer than english to
account for that in some locales, translations result in longer strings than in english. Also am running at fontsize 16,
which is viewed as a valid font size that might be used. Resizing issues are not just related to i18n; they might show
to user in english locale if they run at larger fontsize.

Fixed. Fields sizing was working a little different on Solaris.
Note, if you resize the wizard to smaller sizes, the fields will start disappearing. That is expected and is same as all
other wizards. Resizing horizontally changes field lengths to fill horizontally. But resizing vertically will add dead
space below the fields and will not increase the height of the fields. This is how it has been designed.

Comment 14 Nitya Doraisamy 2007-10-18 22:18:33 UTC
Forgot to mention, build 1016 was the day when the IZ had been reopened with attachment jdbc.JPG
Fix went in later that day.

it looks ok on 1019, in context of latest gif, so will mark as verified. (Nitya, I'll put into resolved state first; I
hope that is ok).

Andrey, please reverify this to make sure.
